I just found out that it is illegal in some states for me to send you sparklers. If you live in one of these states and would like to purchase a July kit with sparklers, I will have to send the kit without real sparklers and replace them with fake paper sparkler. Thank you to the people who let me know. I really appreciate it. Thank you for your understanding.

So do you have special connections to let you know the VT message EARLY so you have plenty of time to come up with a brilliant and gorgeous idea, or do you get the Ensign the same time as the rest of us and just have wonderful creativity? Hehe... I guess the point of my question is - how soon can I get August's? Can't wait to start using your creations!
